Dr. Ayman Akademi and the Japanese acupuncture clinic (Kerey, Zhanibek Khandar 50/3, Astana, Kazakhstan) process only the data you send us yourself (name, phone number, message) via our website, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or Telegram, solely to reply to you and to book appointments or training. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except the messaging platforms used and where required by law. Advertising statistics from Meta are anonymised. Data deletion: message us on WhatsApp +7 707 020 33 22 or +7 707 632 23 22 asking to delete your data; it will be deleted within 30 days.

YouTube API Services

Our internal publishing tool (Google Cloud project «Ayman Akademi Uploader») uses the YouTube API Services only to upload and manage videos on our own two YouTube channels (Dr. Ayman Akademi TR and RU) and to read and reply to comments under our own videos. By using our channels and this tool you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• What data the tool accesses: our own channel and video metadata (titles, descriptions, statistics), public comments under our videos and the commenter's public display name. We do not access viewers' private Google account data.
• How it is used: only to publish our videos, view statistics and answer questions in comments. It is not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.
• Storage: OAuth tokens are stored only on our office computer; comment texts are kept up to 30 days for reply tracking, then deleted.
• Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page (myaccount.google.com/connections).
• Deletion: to have any data related to you deleted, write to drtoktarkhan@gmail.com or WhatsApp +7 707 632 23 22; we delete it within 7 days.
